  1. Some nurses in the hospitals especially females lack confidence in performing some nursing procedures leaving it to H.O or M.O relying to be their responsibilities not nurseing roles e.g N.G tube insertion.. Minor Incision and Drainage.
    Nursing council has to put Nrs sombody on every registered nurse after passing his final licensing exam.. e.g Nrs Khaled Dano (R,N). this will make nurses to be proud of their profession, and to avoid being answering that adopted Dr’s tittle
