t is my pleasure to announce on behalf of the Concerned Nurses of Nigeria, Constitution Review Committee that our weeklong Proposal for the amendment of Nigeria Constitution as advocated by the National Assembly has been successfully submitted to the Senate Committee on 1999 Constitution Review.
The journey began on September 2nd, 2020 with the formation of Nrs Smart Ajaja-led Nine member Committee, and same was tasked with the core aim of producing a worthy Proposal representing the positions of Concerned Nurses of Nigeria. On this note, I want to sincerely appreciate the nomination of the Nurses who trusted us for this job to speak the mind and opinion of Nigeria Nurses to the National Assembly. We also express our gratitude to Nurses that partook in the Proposal Collation phase. You are the true hero! You made this possible!.
While it is worthwhile to celebrate the little feat gained, the days ahead are more demanding, and thus calling for our collective responsibility in following up the Proposals made.
