With great displeasure and condemnation will receive the report on the 25th of November 2020, of the unjust Termination of Nurse Ajibola A.O of OOUTH who has spent over 14 years of service following her first query and Panel for granting interview via Nursing Platform to promote the Nursing Profession.
We want to know how many NMA and ARD members in OOUTH have been Sacked for any reason??
But in Just 2 months We are hearing shocking reports of OOUTH’s management indiscriminate termination of appointment of Nurses via recommendations from Head of Nursing.
Despite knowing that one just had a new born baby which we held has filed a law suit already and the other Nur Ajibola recently survived a major surgery as we speak Ajibola is yet to fully recover post operatively, we pray she doesn’t resort to Suicide.
This is the same Hospital that CNOs with BNSC has not been promoted for over 12 years but a Single CNO Kikelomo Enaholo among them was surprising triple promoted to DDNS in just 2 years, Despite all other CNOs sat for the same promotion exam in 2017, the stagnated CNO that Nur Ajibola has been fighting for with her last blood to ensure their promotion, is the same reason her enemies want her out of the system at all cost including unjust Termination.
As AGGRIEVED Nurses of This Country, we have been keenly following the trends of ugly event unfolding in this hospital and are very depressed and angry because of the detrimental consequences of this action to the future of our noble nursing profession which we won’t allow to be drag to the mud by a few, and with one voice we are condemning this Evil and inhuman treatment of fellow Nurses by Lead Doctors, Lead Nurses, Ogun State NANNM and Lead Admin.
We are unitedly demanding for Justice, Fairness and Equity for Nur Ajibola, our great Nurse human right activist, We are demanding immediate reversal of her unlawful termination.
We are giving 7 days deadline to NATIONAL NANNM President to Stop this shameful and disgraceful assault of our noble Profession by taking a strong action to ensure immediate reversal of the unlawful termination of its Excos Member whose only crime was defending the interest of Nurses when Ogun State NANNM Chair totally failed in standing up for Nurses when needed.
We are demanding the National NANNM To Rise to its responsibility.
Failure by NANNM to swiftly intervene in this case will be the last evidence we need to conclude that NANNM truly does not represent the Nursing Profession and we would intensify and mobilize every nurse for a deadly Nation wide withdrawals of membership from NANNM since NANNM would have proved to be DEAD and BURIED and ensure a complete disassociation, we are also going to file multiple Law suit for all the Failures of NANNM and we pursue these court CASES to a logical conclusion,
FOR OOUTH it will forever be BLACKLISTED and no Nurse will apply to work, if She Fails to Reverse this unjust Termination.
