Everyday, the media highlights the pride of nurses courage, and dedication to patients despite of numerous challenges. Despites their role, nurses still suffer with challenges to mention few, *UNDERSTAFFED, UNDERPAYMENT, UNDEREQUIPPED, SCHEME OF SERVICES, SCOPE OF PRACTICE* With Emphasis on specialization and stereotyping images.
I call the special attention on various stakeholders to continue finding solution on these challenges and channel their investment in nursing and midwifery who are the heartbeat of health Sector in order to improve healthcare and strengthen health systems.
