Nurses Supporting Nursing: Princewill Aghedo Raises Half A Million from Twitter Spaces to empower Nigerian Nurses

As part of an effort to support Nigerian Nurses explore International opportunities for career and professional development, Empower nurses consult – A leading human capital development organization poised at supporting nurses has raised half a million naira to empower nurses.

This donation was launched by the founder – Princewill Aghedo via his Twitter space on the 12th of February 2022.

Following the launch, six (6) nurses were able to get full payment for international examinations and some were empowered to get passports.

Beneficiaries Of International Career Support Fund For Nurses

  1. Magbolu Nwaorah – NMC CBT Payment
  2. Oluwatobi Adewumi – Full Payment For Passport
  3. Blessing Ohikhobob – Full Passport
  4. Caleb Ihuoma – IELTS & NMC CBT Payment
  5. Olusegun Omoremen – NMC CBT Payment
  6. Anita Akarinwan – Full Passport Payment

The fund raising is poised at supporting Nigerian train Nurses to explore international opportunities for career and professional development. Ultimately, this donation is in congurance with the United Nations SDGs 8 & 10 which will help reduce inequalities that exists amongst poor people and help provide decent work opportunities which will lead to Economic Growth.

Creating this avenue for Nurses is a seed sown to empower nurses to achieve their dreams to explore cross- continetal opportunist.

The future we desire is conceived in the present, the change we desire in our healthcare system won’t happen by mere words but by taking intentional and guided actions that project into bringing that to fruition and that is what Empower Nurses Consult seek to achieve.
