Good one. But some of us have already paid for MCPDP before the abrupt lockdown of the country and which the MCPDP couldn’t hold. Just in the midst of the pandemic Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria allowed the renewal of license with 32hours online contact of the WCEA (A very big thanks to them). Now we have gotten our license renewed. The MCPDP which we paid for we no longer need it for now. We have contacted the organisers of this program for a possible refund of our money but they keep saying NMCN has not given a directive to them as regards that.
Worthy of note is that this MCPDP certificate will only be useful for the renewal now and in the next three years , it won’t be accepted for renewal of license.
We are begging the NMCN to say something on this issue. Those of us that paid for MCPDP and which the MCPDP was not able to hold due to the lockdown and we have already gotten our license renewed with WCEA certificate, how do we get a refund of our money.

I believed state ministry of health will resolve this issue. However It’s worthy to note that those affected should make a complain to the state level and if there’s nothing positive about it then we call our NMCN on various media.
